Hello and Happy New Year! If you’re like me, you set resolutions every year only to find yourself right where you started. Well, this year will be different! I am determined!
My amazing Young Living Team is embarking on a health challenge, and I have decided to participate. My goal is to lose 10 lbs. in the next 30 days of this challenge and continue with the ultimate goal of losing 30 lbs! I am feeling good. Just yesterday I went grocery shopping and bought an enormous amount of fresh produce. I chopped my way into making a delicious Thai cashew salad tonight using my new Magic Bullet for the dressing. Tomorrow I plan to make a smoothie for breakfast with my new toy. 🙂 Here is more information on the MY HEALTHY DAY challenge.
I am using Young Living Products to assist me in losing weight. Balance Complete is a meal replacement powder I will mix into my morning smoothies. It packs a ton of nutrients and vitamins and just has 190 calories per serving. I will take one pack of Slique Slim packs 45 minutes before a light lunch and one pack 45 minutes before a nice, balanced dinner. These capsules help in managing satiation. My goal is to drink AT LEAST half my weight in water to which I will add refreshing grapefruit oil. This aids in helping one to feel full. Last, but certainly not least, I will work out at least 4 times per week. I just joined a gym and am looking forward to a Zumba workout tomorrow!
